Develops recruitment materials for use in local and national searches, researches certification / reciprocity requirements for designated professional staff, enhances resources / source relationships, and establishes and maintains recruitment networks. Conducts analysis of HR metrics and environmental assessments to assist with the integration of organizational strengths and strategies to enhance the retention of employees. Recruits for all vacant roles listed within the Center. Assists in the completion of People Operations duties as assigned.

*2. Strategic and Business Planning: Identifies alternative applicant sources, analyzes the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, and opportunities for maximizing financial and human resources. Ensures that there is current information or assessments of recruiting sources or other related industry trends and that practices reflect consideration of such factors. Works collaboratively with Corporate and Center leadership to modify recruitment and retention activities or strategies needed to support operational change/growth. Responsible for creating a vision and name recognition that allows the Center to expand markets and enhance the Center's Diversity effort. Works with PO Director and center leadership in the creation and implementation of the center recruitment plan and processes. Stays abreast of recruitment and industry trends, and emerging recruitment techniques, and proactively shares knowledge to develop and strengthen recruitment, with particular focus on proactive sourcing using traditional and innovative sourcing techniques. Utilization of job boards and niche site, resume database mining, online searches of the Internet, social media, professional networking, and cold calling are some sources to be used. Ensures recruiting and interviewing training for hiring managers is conducted and relevant.

Job Specifications:
EDUCATION: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Care or Business. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years high-volume, healthcare recruitment experience (Clinical, Nursing, Direct Support Professionals, and Administrative) in behavioral healthcare / human services environment required. Experience as an HR generalist preferred, with knowledge of state and federal employment law. Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, internet sourcing, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.
