What Youll Be Doing
Guide HR strategy across org design, talent planning, workforce budgeting
Oversee policies, compliance, investigations, and employee relations
Lead compensation programs, bonus cycles, long-term payments, and analytics
Manage recruitment, performance management, and HR system improvements
Own fleet services and HR budget oversight; support sales team compensation
Serve as the HR advisor to executives, managers, and employees
About You
10+ years of HR leadership in the U.S.
Strong command of employment laws and HR best practices
Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Brand pharma experience preferred
