This role will provide proactive and comprehensive compensation, benefit administration, and other HR support. Perform transactional HR activities and process work within our HRIS and other programs. This role will also be responsible for assisting in the interpretation of our compensation plan, job evaluation and design, market pricing and compensation benchmarking. Works with HR team and first line managers to provide analysis and guidance on a variety of compensation

related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Participates in salary budget planning and ongoing salary surveys.

Conduct job evaluation and review of new and/or existing roles. Partner with HR and management to gather information and

communicate results.

Collect and organize data for analysis. Assists with the analysis of data both internal and external.

Participate in benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, reviewing invoices for payment, andmonthly reconciliations.personal networks.workers, and management.

Handle employee leave administration and ensure that associated payroll processes are completed.

Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, and metrics.

Researches, analyzes, and evaluates our benefit plans and programs.

Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing employee benefit data and trends.

Maintains employee confidence by keeping all information confidential.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications and maintaining

Will work closely with key leaders on business priorities related to Human Resources.

Required to attend assigned client group meetings and participate in business related projects.

Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.

Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.

Maintains Human Resource Information System benefit records and compiles reports from database.

Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations related to employment.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and three to five years of business, Finance, or Human Resources experience preferred

Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and must have efficient Excel experience.

Functional & Cognitive Requirements of Position

This position requires walking, sitting, or standing to a significant degree

Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 20 pounds

Must have the ability to climb ladders and/or stairs

Stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending

Handling, feeling, and gripping would be required for some activities

This role may be subject to internal and external environmental conditions.
