Employee Experience Specialist

The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for coordinating, planning, implementing, promoting and evaluating employee related events, awards and programs. This position works collaboratively with internal and external customers to produce high quality events and experiences that support the Cook Children's Promise and the strategic goals related to employee engagement. The Employee Experience Specialist will exhibit strong customer relations, sound fiscal judgment and decision-making abilities to produce high quality and cost effective events and programs.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with event planning, budgeting, vendor management and volunteer management is required
  • Other skills: self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, strong interpersonal skills, strong written & verbal communication skills, comfortable working on your own and within a team, comfortable working with all levels of employees in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher)
