Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter IV
Location: St Paul, MN 55102 (HYBRID, must be local and be in at least 1 day a week)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Shift: Mon-Fri 8-5 (own your day/schedule, can be flexible as needed)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and/or sales roles, with flexibility to support Global High Tech (GHT) hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop targeted, market-informed recruiting strategies
Proactively source and engage passive talent through creative outreach, networking, and talent mapping (not just inbound applicants)
Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Screen candidates for qualifications, fit, compensation expectations, and work authorization
Identify target companies, industries, and talent pools to drive strategic sourcing efforts
Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, databases, networks) to uncover top talent
Use AI and modern recruiting tools (e.g., Copilot, Phenom) to drive efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and improve decision-making
Act as a consultative partnerproviding market insights, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations
Collaborate with TA team members to share pipelines and improve recruiting efficiency
Track and analyze recruiting activity to inform continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (7 years overall experience) please note without a BA, they could not be hired directly with Client should the opportunity arise in the future
3 years of recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruiting
Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates
No immigration sponsorship available
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for technical and/or sales roles (GHT or high-tech environment a plus)
Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Phenom, Microsoft Copilot)
Experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday
Strong influencing and candidate engagement skills
Knowledge of compliant hiring practices (e.g., OFCCP)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
