Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company looking for a Site HR Administrator in Franklin, NH. 



    	

  • Shift: 8-4:30pm 

    	

  • Pay: $24 

Responsibilities: 

The Distribution Center Site Administrator supports site efficiency by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills and collaboration across Operations, HR, Safety, and Quality.



    	

  • Manage purchase orders, accounts payable, and site supply procurement.

    	

  • Coordinate contract employee onboarding, scheduling, and payroll reporting.

    	

  • Support employee engagement activities and maintain site communications.

    	

  • Track and report safety metrics, assist with compliance records and audits.

    	

  • Administer security badging, maintaining data confidentiality.

    	

  • Complete various administrative duties; support site leadership and other distribution centers as needed.

Qualifications



    	

  • 2 years of experience in site administration or coordination

    	

  • Familiarity with PO, payroll, and safety reporting systems

    	

  • Strong communication skills

    	

  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

    	

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software
