As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a central role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent. You will evolve in a creative, dynamic, and fast-changing environment where innovation, agility, and the human experience are at the heart of our priorities.

This is a newly created role within Simons, offering significant autonomy to help structure, influence, and evolve talent acquisition practices. This high-impact position will allow you to develop sustainable and value-added initiatives, implement new approaches, and contribute to building a distinctive candidate experience aligned with our culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to managers by understanding hiring needs and recommending recruitment strategies aligned with market realities.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent.
  • Write and publish compelling job postings aligned with the organizations employer brand.
  • Conduct pre-screenings, lead structured interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment process, including interviews, assessments, references, and administrative follow-ups within the ATS.
  • Ensure a professional, human, and distinctive candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of talent acquisition practices and support the implementation of efficient and innovative processes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support the organizations current and future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives through participation in attraction projects, events, and visibility strategies.
  • Act as an ambassador of the organizational culture with candidates and external partners.

Desired Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within complex or multi-site environments.
  • Strong experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from needs assessment to hiring.
  • Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and talent hunting.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to recruit for a variety of roles, including operational, professional, and specialized positions.
  • Proficiency with recruitment platforms and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
  • Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and effectively prioritize.
  • Commitment to delivering a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English in order to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
