Description of Work:
The Employment and Training Specialist I position is seeking an individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish to assist in general activities to serve employers, WCJP staff, and job seekers, including assessments, outreach, career resource areas, job and career fair booths, and provide professional proficiency in Spanish and English for both clients and customers in the CareerLink.
Establish cordial and productive relationships with all internal and external organizations and community partners. Provide staff assistance to all participants in Federal and State-funded programs such as WIOA, TANF, and EARN. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
The ETS I employee will be familiar with the CWDS system and be able to navigate through numerous facets of our operating system. The ability to upload documents is essential to the job.
Location: Lawrence County CareerLink
Work Hours: M-F 8:30-4:30
Benefits: Vacation days and paid time off are offered after a probationary period.

Driver's License: Class C - Standard Drivers License
