This is a rare opportunity to join as the Founding Lead Recruiter and build the entire talent function from the ground up at a Series A startup that's already deploying robots on actual solar farms. The Mission Our client is solving one of the biggest bottlenecks in renewable energy expansion - the massive labor shortage in solar farm construction. With 1/5 of all US solar installed just last year, construction companies simply can't keep up with demand. This company is building giant robots to automate solar farm construction and accelerate the world's transition to clean energy.
