IDR is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an hybrid opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves managing the full cycle recruiting process for healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment. The company specializes in healthcare services and is looking for a driven individual to support their growing staffing needs.

Position Overview for the Clinical Recruiter:

Responsible for managing all aspects of the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers

Review and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet experience, education, and licensure/certification requirements

Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and collaborate to develop sourcing strategies aligned with business needs

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through social media, job boards, colleges, and career fairs

Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs and advise on effective recruitment tactics

Requirements for the Clinical Recruiter:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of three (3) years of clinical recruiting experience (NP, RN, LPN, MSW, care management, or similar healthcare roles)

Experience supporting high-volume hiring in a healthcare environment

Interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
