Contract Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (onsite 2-3 days/week)

A biotech client is looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator with direct experience to join their team for 6+ months to support hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate & manage interview schedules
Communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
Support new hire onboarding
Manage candidate activity & reporting in the ATS
Support TA team in managing ad-hoc projects
Requirements and skills:
2+ years of recruitment coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in the life sciences strongly preferred
Previous ATS experience
