The primary purpose of this position is to perform staffing duties and staffing recordkeeping functions to assist the Director of Nursing in meeting the staffing needs of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, to ensure that proper staffing requirements are always maintained.
