Teresa, Staffmark Associate Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings. Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and salaried positions. Schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers. Maintain applicant tracking and ensure timely follow-up with candidates. HR Coordination Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with labor laws. Support administration of benefits, payroll changes, and timekeeping corrections. Respond to HR inquiries and provide guidance on company policies. Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Assist with audits, reporting, and record-keeping related to HR activities. Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive employee relations. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employment regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
