Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of National Recruiters responsible for placing travel therapy professionals nationwide. Build a high-performance recruiting culture by developing sales behaviors, recruiting strategies, and best practices. Drive daily, monthly, and annual metrics aligned with revenue, recruitment, and placement goals. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development planning. Partner with recruiters to strengthen sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and relationship-building techniques. Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align recruiting efforts with business objectives and client success. Partner with Marketing, HR, and Compliance teams to support recruitment initiatives and operational excellence. Lead through our values of Others First, Wisdom, and Growth. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of staffing or recruitment experience, with healthcare staffing strongly preferred. 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing successful recruiting or sales teams. Demonstrated success improving team performance through coaching, accountability, and development. Strong understanding of staffing metrics, recruiting pipelines, and performance management. Competitive and results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and influence others. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
