CAC is a locally owned and operated ABA service provider in the heart of the Central Valley. We currently have 6 Treatment Centers in Fresno, Merced, and Visalia. The Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team with a focus on Workers' Compensation, Payroll, Leave of Absences, and ACA Compliance. Key Responsibilities Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information. Performs quality checks of benefits-related data. Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes. Distributes all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility. Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefit enrollment, status changes and other general inquiries. Responds to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.. Participate in employee engagement initiatives related to compensation and benefits. Manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely reporting and communication with insurance providers. Coordinate return-to-work programs and follow up on claim statuses. Maintain compliance with state and federal workers' compensation regulations. Administer leave requests, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and personal leave. Track and maintain leave records while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies. Qualifications Associate's degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education. 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on workers' compensation, payroll, leave management, and ACA compliance. Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws. Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel regularly between centers Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study. SHRM-CP or HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
