PrideStaff is hiring for an HR Coordinator in Escalon, CA. Responsibilities Include the Following: Utilize HR/Payroll systems to maintain employee records and process HR transactions efficiently. Assists with the administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Ensures accurate record-keeping and audits deductions. Provide assistance to employees with HR-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and a positive work environment. Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner. Conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommend corrective action. Coordinate and manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews, processing terminations, and ensuring all company property is returned. Ensure that all termination procedures comply with legal and company policies. Assist in performance management processes. Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Ensure timely onboarding of new hires, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and introductions to key staff. Monitor unemployment and leave of absence claims for legitimacy and process claims. Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. Owns the attendance points process. Escalate when needed. Assists with the payroll process as needed. Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations. Communicates various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned Candidate Requirements & Preferences: Must have recent, and relevant experience within the past year Must be able to successfully complete the E-Verify process. Must be hands-on and comfortable walking the shop floor and interacting with employees at all levels. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required to use company vehicles between sites. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are strongly preferred, as a large percentage of employees are Spanish-speaking. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Pay varies depending on experience: $27-$29/HR Please call ... for more information.
