We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)a strategic, relationship-driven professional who is passionate about aligning people strategies with business success while fostering an engaging and compliant workplace culture.

Work Environment: This position is based on-site in our Bedford, IN Annex. Following the completion of your initial onboarding and training, you will have the flexibility to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week as part of our hybrid work model depending on performance and operational requirements. In addition, this position does require travel to all our HHCU Service Centers as needed.
Opportunity Overview:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders and team members. This role aligns HR strategy with business objectives while fostering a team member-centric culture grounded in engagement, accountability, and compliance.
The HRBP acts as both a business stakeholder and team member advocate, driving initiatives in team member relations, compensation strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness while balancing compliance and forward-thinking HR practices.
What Youll Do:
Strategic HR Leadership & Partnership
Serve as a primary HR partner supporting leaders in achieving business goals
Translate business needs into scalable HR strategies and workforce plans
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
Participate in key business discussions to ensure proactive HR alignment
Support the thoughtful and responsible use of AI tools and technologies to enhance HR processes, insights, and decision-making
Team Member Experience & Culture
Champion engagement, retention, and development initiatives
Advocate for fair and consistent team member experiences
Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, belonging, and team member experience
Analyze engagement and turnover trends to drive improvements
Team Member Relations Excellence
Lead complex team member relations matters including investigations and conflict resolution
Coach leaders on performance and team member issues
Facilitate balanced solutions aligned with organizational values
HR Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Proactively identify and mitigate HR risks
Maintain and interpret HR policies
Partner with leadership on risk-informed decision-making
Compensation & Workforce Planning
Support compensation strategies including market alignment and internal equity
Assist with merit cycles and incentive programs
Use data to recommend sustainable compensation practices
Organizational Effectiveness & HR Strategy
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned to business goals
Leverage analytics to drive decision-making
Support change management and cross-functional HR initiatives
Coaching & Leadership Development
Act as a coach and mentor to leaders
Support and deliver training programs
Identify and close leadership and team development gaps
Performance & Accountability
Drive a culture of accountability and high performance
Support performance management processes
Hold leaders accountable for engagement and team results

What Were Looking For:
Required:
8+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employment law
Proven ability to influence leaders and drive outcomes
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (or ability to obtain)
Experience in financial services or a regulated industry
