PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client is seeking a reliable, honest and dedicated Bilingual Human Resource Assistant to support their clients Human Resources department. The Human Resource Assistant will create new employee packets, manage employee records, organize and update files, and prepare reports. On a daily basis, you will answer phone calls, handle scheduling and ensure the office calendar is current, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities: Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation Provide administrative support to departments Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch customer support Assist with recruitment of potential applicants Update online job posting requirements when needed Coordinate HR projects such as meetings or surveys Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs Assist in explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field a plus 3+ years in human resources preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) a plus Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws and workers compensation and best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Must be willing to submit to a background screen and drug test.
