We are seeking an experienced and energetic Millwright Recruiter to join our team in the Spartanburg area . In this role, you will specialize in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled Trade talent to support our growing operations. Pay: $29.00 per hour MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE recruiting for high volume Industrial Positions such as Millwright, Maintenance or other Skilled trade positions Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities of recruiter Source, screen, and evaluate millwrights and related skilled trades candidates. Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, trade schools, workforce programs, and industry networks. Conduct interviews and skills assessments to determine candidate fit. Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle including job posting, interviews, feedback coordination, and offers. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements Ensure compliance with all hiring processes and documentation requirements. Maintain recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
