Our NY City client (Queens/Yonkers area) has engaged us to help them find a Director of Human Resources who will lead the Human Resources function for their healthcare organization. This hands-on role is an excellent professional opportunity to bring your HR and leadership skills to achieve the HR objectives.
Candidates will bring a Bachelor's Degree, 7+ years of experience, strategic HR leadership experience along with business acumen for executing the human resources goals. The successful candidate will have strong project management & computer skills and will bring a collaborative style in order to work across the organization to achieve the key initiatives. Healthcare or Hospitality strongly preferred.
This professional opportunity will allow the selected individual to grow their career with an organization that supports personal and professional development while enjoying a realistic quality of work life. $110k-$125k with excellent benefits.
