Human Resources Administrative Assistant (Temporary)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support daily HR operations for a fast-paced organization. This role is responsible for greeting employees, managing front desk and administrative functions, maintaining employee records, supporting HR projects, and assisting with benefits and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet employees and visitors while providing excellent customer service
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
Maintain employee files and confidential HR records
Assist with benefits administration and HR projects
Support onboarding and new hire orientation activities
Assist with wellness initiatives and company events
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate department needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience required
Human Resources administrative experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Customer-service oriented with strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
