Play a key role in advancing FCCs category management strategy by supporting and leading sourcing initiatives across assigned categories. Acting as a trusted procurement partner, youll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective, compliant sourcing solutions including unique and adhoc requirements. Youll bring many years of experience sourcing large IT solutions and will understand the intricacies of IT procurement and contract negotiation.

Through market research, data analysis and strategic sourcing activities, youll help drive cost savings, operational efficiencies and strong supplier outcomes. Youll also contribute to contract negotiations and the ongoing evolution of category processes and best practices, helping ensure consistency, transparency and value across FCCs procurement activities.

Above all, youll make an impact through your strong analytical mindset, collaborative approach and ability to translate complex requirements into practical procurement solutions.

What youll do
  • Support and deliver on category management strategies for assigned categories, aligned with FCCs business objectives
  • Lead the procurement of unique and adhoc sourcing requirements, ensuring solutions are compliant, costeffective and timely
  • Lead and/or support RFx activities (RFI, RFQ, RFP), including developing sourcing documentation and managing supplier engagement
  • Conduct market and spend analysis to support category strategies that deliver savings and operational efficiencies
  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives, including contract negotiations and supplier selection activities
  • Establish, document and maintain categoryrelated processes and procedures to support consistent procurement practices
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal partners to ensure alignment with procurement standards and governance requirements
What youll bring to the team
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration, economics, commerce, supply chain management, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant IT procurement experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of procurement standards and practices, including strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor management
  • Proven ability to analyze data, conduct research, and support categorylevel decisionmaking
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industryrecognized procurement or supply chain management certification (completed or in progress)
  • Bilinguism is an asset
