Responsibilities include using Excel and Access, creating complex presentations using PowerPoint, creating charts and graphs using various database information. Pay range:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare and administrative roles

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, review job requirements, and establish recruitment timelines

Source candidates through job boards, internal systems, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts

Review resumes and conduct screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and eligibility requirements

Ensure all candidates meet minimum qualifications, including civil service, licensing, and credentialing standards

Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams

Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Paycom)

Monitor job postings to ensure timely routing, approvals, and renewals to avoid expiration

Support high-volume recruitment efforts and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to support pre-employment and onboarding processes

Generate and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline activity

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or a high-volume environment

Experience recruiting for clinical, behavioral health, or administrative roles

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as PeopleSoft, Paycom, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of compliance, credentialing, and hiring standards within healthcare

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills:Two years experience

This role works closely with hiring managers and operational leadership to ensure timely hiring, compliance with civil service and credentialing requirements, and alignment with organizational workforce needs.

Education:High School Diploma/ GED

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or related field.
