BizTek People is in search of an HR Coordinator for our client in NYC! *Local candidates only We are seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting operations, candidate communication, event coordination, and onboarding activities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications Support campus recruiting events, networking programs, and summer intern activities Manage logistics for virtual and on-campus recruiting events Coordinate catering and vendor relationships for campus events Post job openings to university platforms, including Handshake Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases Assist with recruiting marketing materials and event collateral Arrange candidate travel and process related invoices Process offer letters, background checks, and onboarding activities Support diversity recruiting initiatives, employee resource groups, and campus ambassador programs Track recruiting budgets and maintain expense reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, campus programs, or related internship experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Professional, approachable, and relationship-focused mindset Experience with event coordination and data analysis preferred #CampusRecruiting, #HRCoordinator, #TalentAcquisition, #UniversityRecruiting, #CampusHiring, #RecruitingCoordinator, #HRJobs, #EarlyCareers, #InternshipProgram, #InterviewScheduling, #TalentManagement, #EventCoordination, #RecruitmentMarketing, #HiringProcess, #HumanResources
