Responsibilities
- Ensure all HR regulations and company policies are followed.
- Conduct new hire processing, onboarding, and orientation (both in-person and via Microsoft Teams).
- Coordinate new employee setup with Corporate IT.
- Assist managers by explaining policies and management expectations.
- Support division payroll: review, correct, and obtain approvals for employee timesheets.
- Process salary increases, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Administer the workers' compensation process for the division.
- Assist with training staff and supporting employee HR/benefits inquiries.
- Maintain the division organizational chart.
- Conduct all business professionally and ethically, promoting company goodwill.
- Ability to work overtime and occasionally travel overnight.
Qualifications
Required
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- 3-4 years of related HR experience and/or training.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to handle multiple demands, prioritize, and support managers effectively.

Pay: $55k-65k/year
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
