This individual will report to and work closely with the Sr. Recruiter in a highly collaborative, fast-paced growth environment, helping to manage the recruitment process from sourcing through the offer stage while delivering a strong candidate experience. Essential Functions Support full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-volume clinical services hiring, with a primary focus on Pharmacy Support Specialists and Clinical Pharmacists. Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative outbound recruiting strategies. Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess experience, communication skills, motivation, and alignment with company values and role requirements. Manage and communicate interview timelines, compensation expectations, and candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process to ensure a strong candidate experience. Coordinate and quarterback the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer stage in partnership with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal teams to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and an efficient hiring process. Own scheduling, interview coordination, and recruiting operations within the ATS and related tracking systems to ensure transparency org wide. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand and stay ahead of hiring needs and evolving team priorities. Drive local recruitment traction for Pharmacy Support Specialist hiring in the Nashville market through networking, community engagement, referral generation, and proactive talent outreach strategies. Continuously learn and develop recruiting, sourcing, and healthcare/pharmacy industry knowledge within a fast-paced startup environment. Demonstrate strong self-motivation, accountability, and ownership while managing multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously. Other duties as required.* Requirements Requirements 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer-facing business development, or a related high-performance environment. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Highly driven, resourceful, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Healthcare, pharmacy, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry exposure is preferred but not required. Experience interviewing candidates and managing candidate pipelines preferred.
