This includes training individuals in job tasks, assessing progress towards mastery, and developing goals and interventions to maximize independence. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: HSD/HiSet required. Two years of college preferred. License/Certifications: State of Maine's Job Coach Training required or achieved after hire. Valid Driver's License required. Experience: One year experience working directly with individuals with disabilities required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of Vocational Services - Employment Specialist I role. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Travel to multiple community locations to deliver services.
