Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Be the face of Randstad on-site with our client – build relationships with hiring managers, understand daily workforce needs, and deliver results.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage talent in a high-volume, light industrial environment.
• Execute a customized recruiting strategy aligned to the client’s hiring goals and production schedules.
• Proactively build and manage talent pipelines to stay ahead of volume hiring needs.
• Collaborate with client leadership to identify workforce trends, resolve issues, and optimize staffing performance.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules, production demands, and priorities – this is not a 9–5 desk job.
