Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join their team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Staffing Coordinator
Location: Marion, NC
Pay Range: $19- 20
Shift: 8am - 5pm
What's the Job?
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams to ensure availability and smooth process flow
- Utilize scheduling tools and systems to confirm interviews, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel logistics
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a welcoming and professional experience
- Support candidates through post-offer processes, including background checks and onboarding activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within an onsite team
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR systems such as Workday
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment
