Kforce has a client seeking a Workday Compensation Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida).
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Workday Core & Advanced Compensation configuration (plans, eligibility, pay ranges, step structures, bonus/incentive programs)
- Enable and execute annual and off-cycle compensation processes (merit, bonus, equity)
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy across compensation processes
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
- Support testing, audits, and reporting tied to compensation programs
- Help improve processes and enhance the manager and employee experience* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Workday Pro certification desired
- 3-6+ years of Workday/HRIS experience, with direct Compensation module support
- Strong experience with both Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- Background working in large, complex organizations with diverse pay programs
- Experience supporting compensation cycles (merit/bonus planning)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience supporting unionized populations and complex pay structures (e.g., step progression, CBAs)
- Exposure to compensation reporting, audits, and cross-functional HR/Payroll processes.
