Our client, a heavy equipment manufacturing company, is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team in Escalon, CA. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across all human resource functions, serving as a key point of contact for employees and helping ensure HR processes run smoothly and compliantly across all business locations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records and process HR transactions using HR/Payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Administer health and welfare benefit plans including enrollments, changes, and terminations; audit deductions for accuracy Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume review, initial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers Ensure timely and thorough onboarding of new hires including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and staff introductions Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and help resolve concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner Coordinate the employee exit process including exit interviews, termination processing, and company property retrieval Own the attendance points process and escalate issues as needed Monitor and process unemployment and leave of absence claims Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs and recommend corrective actions Assist with payroll processing as needed Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, and government regulations to employees Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and document management Assist with performance management processes Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required Minimum of 2 years of related HR experience required Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred Valid California driver's license and ability to drive to multiple company locations using a company vehicle Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance regulations Pay & Schedule: Pay Rate: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Overtime as needed Equal Opportunity Employment Lyneer Staffing Solutions is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
