As a Pilot Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for pilot positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, and developing effective sourcing strategies. You will also be involved in building relationships with potential candidates and representing Flexjet at various aviation events. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pilot recruitment. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the aviation industry. Strong understanding of pilot qualifications and certifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using recruitment software and tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
