Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the aviation industry. Strong understanding of pilot qualifications and certifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using recruitment software and tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
