About the job
Fagron Holdings USA, LLC located in Austin, Texas is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across technical, quality, engineering, and Information Technology (IT) functions. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting for specialized technical roles and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will report into the Head of Talent Management, North America or another designated member of the People & Culture team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, quality, operations, and IT roles-from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Comfortable handling everything from C-suite level recruiting to hourly production.
- Partner with hiring managers at all company entities/level to provide recruitment support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, role requirements, and workforce planning strategies.
- Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Proactively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends and hiring best practices.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Active participation in various HR projects which are set up and rolled out on the national/global level and contributing to a continuous evaluation and optimization of the various practices with the aim of contributing to maximum HR efficiency.
Continuously inform oneself about the latest trends in HR and keep one's knowledge up to date in function of new developments with the aim of consolidating one's credibility, by offering a service which is continuously based on up-to-date knowledge.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business or related field (or relevant experience)
- 3-7 years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical, engineering, quality or IT roles
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools5+ years of Talent Acquisition in a Senior role
- Experience recruiting for specialized technical roles such as Quality Engineers, IT specialists, Validation Technicians
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high growth and dynamic environments
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing environment is preferred
