The Role

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll lead recruiting across Viva's Texas and Atlanta markets.

You will help identify, attract, and hire talented people for all positions across operations while creating an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through hire.

This is a hybrid hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, solving staffing challenges, and helping people find meaningful careers. Success comes from persistence, follow-through, strong communication, and a genuine passion for people

What You’ll Own

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across all Viva markets
  • Own the recruiting process from sourcing through hire while helping ensure every candidate experiences the warmth, professionalism, and hospitality that define the Viva brand
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for spa, med spa, hospitality, and ops roles
  • Buildtalentpipelines for licensed and hospitality talent
  • Partner withleaderson staffing priorities and hiring needs
  • Maintain consistent hiring processes and communication standards
  • Support offer process and pre-employment onboarding coordination
  • Develop relationships withschools, training programs, and community partners
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry outreach as needed
  • Maintain passive candidate relationships and talent pipelines
  • Deliver a warm, hospitality-forward candidate experience
  • Ensuretimelycommunication and strong follow-through
  • Help candidates feel informed,respected,and connected throughout the process
  • Manage recruiting systems, job posting, and hiring workflows
  • Track recruiting activity and support ongoing process improvements

What You Bring

  • 2–5+ years of recruiting experience inspa,hospitality, wellness, beauty, retail, healthcare, or high-touch service environments
  • Managed recruiting platforms including, ADP, Indeed , and other sourcing tools
  • Experience recruiting licensed or service-based talent preferred
  • Flexibility to recruit outside normal business hours
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellentorganizationandstrong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Passion forpeople, service, wellness, and hospitality

  • Salary: $68k-$75k, depending on experience and other relevant qualifications
