Campus Recruiter

Location : Remote (IL) The Campus Recruiter is responsible for managing university recruitment activities, building relationships with colleges and universities, and hiring top intern talent for both technical and non-technical roles. This role involves coordinating campus events, maintaining strong university partnerships, and supporting the company's early talent hiring strategy. The position is remote with significant travel during peak recruiting seasons. Job Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle campus recruitment activities for internship and early career hiring. Build and maintain relationships with 5-6 assigned universities and campus stakeholders. Coordinate and attend university career fairs, networking events, and recruiting programs. Partner with hiring managers to understand internship hiring needs and candidate requirements. Source, screen, and interview students for engineering, technology, and non-technical positions. Organize campus engagement activities, information sessions, and branding events. Track recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Travel up to 50% during peak campus recruiting months (September-November and January-February). Support diversity hiring and early talent initiatives. Skills: Experience with campus/university recruiting and internship hiring.
