Recruiter Location / Schedule Based in Plano, Texas Hybrid schedule - required to work onsite at least 3 days per week Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support growing hiring demand across the business. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering a positive candidate experience from sourcing through offer stage. The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting experience, experience working within an ATS environment, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot is a plus. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions Partner with hiring managers on intake meetings, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates through the interview process Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication Maintain accurate recruiting records, notes, and workflows within the ATS Support offer processes and hiring decisions Help meet recruiting demand with urgency, quality, and strong execution Qualifications 3-5 years of recruiting experience Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required iCIMS experience preferred Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot is a plus Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
