Part-Time Recruiter Location: Littleton, CO Industry: Faith-Based Organization Pay: $30 - $32/hour Benefits : Part-time. Will not be eligible for benefits. 2-3 month contract with potential for extension About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a mission-driven organization in the Littleton area that is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting operations, leveraging AI tools in the hiring process, and working in a collaborative, values-based environment. Job Description: Our client is looking for a detail-oriented recruiter to assist with recruiting support for open positions. This role will focus heavily on candidate sourcing and screening, utilizing AI technology to evaluate resumes against position requirements and hiring criteria. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Post and manage job advertisements across hiring platforms Review incoming applications and evaluate candidate qualifications Utilize AI tools to compare resumes against job requirements and scoring criteria Develop candidate evaluation scorecards and hiring rubrics for open roles Present top candidates to hiring managers for further consideration Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process Send candidate disposition and rejection communications Maintain urgency and organization while supporting multiple active requisitions Qualifications: Previous recruiting experience Experience using AI tools or technology to support recruiting workflows Strong ability to assess resumes against job descriptions and hiring criteria Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable working within a faith-based organization Additional Details: Part-time contract opportunity 28 hours per week with a consistent schedule Fully onsite position in Littleton, CO Contract expected to last 2-3 months with potential extension Parking available onsite Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
