Location: Tallahassee, FL Schedule: On-site, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay Rate: $36-$40/hour, depending on experience Duration: Contract through 10/31/2026 with possible extension based on business needs. As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance. Develop sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines. Manage recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. Ensure a positive candidate experience through collaboration with hiring teams and HR support services. Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives aligned with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, global, technology-focused, or matrixed environment preferred. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining professionalism and quality.
