He /She is responsible for making sure all participants' needs are met and run effectively. He /She is responsible for all games and activities. She/He works directly with participants to direct games and activities on the floor. She /He is responsible for some clerical assignments, picking up and dropping off participants. What You'll Be Doing: Renew, apply and follow through to make sure participants / seniors received public housing, section 8 housing, senior living apartments, and affordable housing for participants /seniors as needed. Renew, apply and follow through to make sure seniors / participants received Energy Assistance, SNAP, Medical Assistance, and other government programs as needed. Complete and update participants' information on red blinders. On the floor: Make sure all participants' needs are addressed, work directly with games and activities with all participants. Keep an eye on all participants, to make sure they don't fight or argue. Encourage all participants to participate in all games and activities. Assist kitchen staff as needed. Other Duties: Pick up and drop off participants with an 8-passenger van or 12-15 passenger van. Help schedule doctor appointments for participants and help call pharmacy to refill participant medications as needed. Completed and follow through with all job assignments by the director and operation director.
