HR Generalist

We are hiring an HR Generalist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support recruitment efforts (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Address employee inquiries and support employee relations issues.
Coordinate training, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Support performance management processes.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of human resources experience (generalist or similar role).
Full-cycle workers' compensation processing experience.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
Skilled in compensation, benefits, and employment.
Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
