We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to support and optimize our HR technology and workforce management systems. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operions teams by leveraging da, systems expertise, and process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall employee experience.
The HR Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and improving HRIS and Time & Attendance systems, analyzing workforce da, supporting system implementions and enhancements, and providing actionable insights th drive business decisions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and using da to cree meaningful operional improvements across the organizion.

Wh You'll Be Doing
- Da Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of HR and timekeeping da to identify trends, pterns, and anomalies. Help develop and valide actionable reports and dashboards to inform business decisions and optimize practices.
- System Implemention and Optimizion: Collabore with internal partners and vendors to implement, upgrade, and optimize HR and timekeeping systems. Ensure systems are configured to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evalue current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Lead or support projects aimed enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and user experience within HR and timekeeping operions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. Assess and mitige risks associed with HR and timekeeping da and processes.
- Requirements Ghering: Work with stakeholders to gher and document business requirements for HR and timekeeping-reled projects. Transle these requirements into technical specificions and process improvements.
- Training and Support: Assist in developing training merials for users on HR and timekeeping systems and processes. Provide ongoing support and guidance to resolve system or process-reled issues.
- Stakeholder Collaborion: Partner with HR, payroll, finance, and other departments to align processes with broader organizional goals. Facilite cross-functional meetings to drive collaborive solutions.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicors (KPIs) for HR and timekeeping processes. Use da to measure the effectiveness of improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Wh We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Knowledge of HRIS and timekeeping systems. SAP Successfactors and Dayforce preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret da and genere actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communicion skills, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Proven track record of ghering business requirements and working with partners to develop real solutions.
- Prior experience with stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with compliance audits and da reporting.
- Experience in food service or hospitality industries
Where You'll Be Working
The position follows a hybrid schedule with Mon-Thur in office and remote on Fridays. The Houston, TX office is loced 4920 Westway Park Blvd, Houston, TX 77041.
This position is open Elior North Americas corpore headquarters in Houston, TX, as well as our regional hub locions in Minneapolis, MN; Pittsburgh, PA
Compension
$80,000.00 $85,000.00 annually, based on experience.
