Please note: this is a seasonal position with full-time hours set to go through the end of the year. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Candidates must successfully complete criminal background check. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish.
Overview:
The HR File Clerk is responsible for providing a multi-faced advanced level of administrative support to the HR department. Able to perform a wide range of HR and support duties of a complex, confidential, sensitive, clerical, technical and responsible nature supportive of the HR Department.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Coverage of busy front reception desk
- Assist with preparation of new hire paperwork
- Create employee file folders for all seasonal employees
- File onboarding documents
- Assist with picking up checks and mailing checks via UPS
- Pulling files as requested for the administration and staffing teams
Knowledge:
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing & data entry skills (at least 40 WPM)
- Knowledge of general office duties (filing, scanning and copying)
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures
- Must utilize discretion in managing highly confidential or sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of management
- Professional appearance is required
- Excellent organizational skills: proven ability to manage, prioritize and complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
