HR GENERALIST/ COMPENSATION SPECIALIST

FULL TIME TERM (ONE YEAR) with the possibility of permenancy

DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

SALARY LEVEL: PB 8 $76,772.80- $118,185.60

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting all MCA personnel in regards to HR inquiries, concerns and issues and acts as Compensation Specialist for the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or related field with;

• Two (2) years of experience in the HR field.

• OR

• Post-Secondary Diploma in Human Resources or related field together with four (4) years’ experience in the HR field.

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is an asset.

As a requirement of employment, all applicants must have a Canadian Social Insurance number.
