Hiring for a fulltime, oneyear contract to drive highvolume talent acquisition efforts and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles. The recruiter will manage approximately 25 active requisitions at any given time, focusing on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and partnership with hiring managers.
Core Expectations
Role Focus Source, engage, and qualify candidates across multiple business functions, delivering a consistent pipeline of talent.
Performance Metrics Achieve 5 offers per month and maintain an average 45day timetofill.
Workload Own and prioritize a requisition load of 25 concurrent openings, ensuring timely updates and strong candidate experience.
Experience Level Bring 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in a fastpaced or highvolume environment.
Work Schedule Work 8 hours per day with flexible scheduling; may align to EST hours if preferred.
Work Location This role is onsite in Seattle, 5 days per week.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding recruiting KPIs.
Strong sourcing toolkit across platforms, Boolean search, and passivecandidate outreach.
Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
