We are seeking a Technical Recruiter in Framingham Massachusetts 01701 with $30.00-$40.00/hour pay for a 3-6 months, contract to hire opportunity. This role will support hiring across Marketing, Finance, G&A, Audio Technology, and Luxury business units. It is ideal for a hands-on recruiter with corporate recruiting background , strong sourcing capabilities and full-cycle recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Schedule : Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM

Hybrid schedule: On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday;Remote Monday and Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across Marketing, Finance, Audio Technology, and Luxury, from intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
  • Support hiring plans aligned to approved headcount and business needs
  • Sourcing & Pipeline
  • Development Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies, and other channels
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring activity
  • Apply sourcing techniques including boolean searches, X-ray searches, and targeted outreach
  • Candidate & Hiring Manager Support
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination support, and feedback follow-up
  • Partner with hiring managers to support effective interviews and candidate evaluation
  • Share candidate insights and market feedback to support hiring decisions
  • Recruiting Operations & Systems
  • Utilize Workday and other recruiting tools to manage requisitions, candidate activity, and recruiting workflows
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation to support reporting and compliance requirements
  • Follow established recruiting processes, policies, and employment regulations
  • Market Awareness & Process Improvement
  • Stay informed on talent market trends relevant to supported business units and role types


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 2 years of IT or technical recruiting experience required
  • Experience recruiting for technical disciplines such as Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, DSP, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience supporting professional and specialized hiring in competitive talent markets
  • Combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean and X-ray search techniques
  • Experience conducting video interviews and managing candidate pipelines
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems;Workday experience preferred
  • Ability to manage approximately 12 15 requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume environment
  • Experience supporting Marketing, Finance, Sales, Technology, or consumer brand organizations is a plus
