Kforce is partnering with a well-established privately held company to hire a Senior HR Business Partner/Generalist to support a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives across employee relations, talent strategy, and workforce development. Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary advisor on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws in a manufacturing setting
- Partner with leadership on succession planning, retention strategies, and workforce planning
- Lead training and development initiatives, including skills gap analysis and leadership programs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and corporate roles
- Leverage local networks to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex) to support data-driven decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve staffing models and operational efficiency.* 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Bilingual Spanish (required) - strong written and verbal communication
- Proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Excel
- Strong knowledge of labor market dynamics within a manufacturing workforce
