Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, job fairs, and new hire orientation in both English and Spanish.
* Serve as a trusted HR resource by assisting employees with benefits, employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy interpretation.
* Maintain HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, training records, and employee documentation while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, travel arrangements, and various HR administrative functions.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
* Fluent in both English and Spanish with the ability to translate and communicate effectively across all employee levels.
* 2-5 years of Human Resources experience including recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, HRIS systems, and payroll processes; ADP experience preferred.
* Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience supporting employee training, engagement programs, and workforce development initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive salary ranging from $65,000-$75,000 annually
