HR Generalist - FT
The Human Resource Generalist will assist in the daily functions of the human resources department reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer. The HR Generalist will assist in the responsibilities and activities including recruitment professes, employee relations, regulatory compliance and training and development.
- Assists in reviewing and tracking compliance with training, professional licensure and certifications.
- Assists in the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions working with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Ensures all required components of eligibility requirements
- Assist in new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
- Performs routine tasks required to execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leave; disciplinary actions, disputes and investigations, performance management, productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety and training and development.
- Attends and participates in employee investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred; at least 3 years of human resource management experience in a healthcare setting preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
Shift : Full-time days, Monday - Friday
