In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR best practices, employment law, and workforce strategies while ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs within the assigned region
Serve as an HR expert by providing guidance on employment law, best practices, and people processes
Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, and communication strategies
Advise leaders on performance management, including coaching and corrective action processes
Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and resolution planning
Deliver and analyze people and culture metrics to support decision-making and strategy development
Oversee employee engagement surveys and facilitate action planning based on results
Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive team member experience
Travel to sites within the assigned region to provide on-site HR support
Collaborate with leadership on change management and workforce planning initiatives
Supervise and support HR staff when applicable
Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred

Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience preferred

Additional Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with leaders and team members at all levels
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Willingness and ability to travel within the designated region

Physical Requirements
Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
Ability to perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and documentation
Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
Ability to meet the physical demands of a sedentary work environment
