HR Consultant Jobs in North Plainfield, NJ

They help in shaping company's HR policies and practices, making sure they are effective and comply with legal requirements. They provide guidance on a wide range of HR areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee development, benefits and compensation, organizational culture, and employee relations. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is typically required, with many employers preferring a Master's degree. Prior to becoming a HR Consultant, an individual may have roles such as HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner.
